🌿 Our journey with veganism began as a personal realization - a desire to prioritize our health and embrace a compassionate lifestyle. Looking back, we wished we had documented our own transformation several years ago. But hey, better late than never!

Instead of dwelling on missed opportunities, we decided to challenge my sister Nikita and her husband Jeff to embark on their very own plant-based journey for a year. What followed was a transformative experience as we spent a year in Atlanta, capturing every moment as they prioritized their health, starting with the food they consumed.
